We are Hannu and Raúl Medina, founders of We Speak Gay, LGBTQIA+ advocates and Lifeof2men bloggers.

We started We Speak Gay Community in 2018 when we realised that there was not enough LGBTQ+ inclusive communication in Finland. Brands and companies did not know how to express and communicate about being LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming, especially in the tourism industry.

Through various initiatives, including Gay Travel Finland site and We Speak Gay Community, we work continuosly to make Finland more welcoming to LGBTQ+ travelers and safer an more inclusive for LGBTQ+ residents as well. We educate businesses on how to cater to our demographic respecfully and effectively.
